I GET UP AT… I'm usually awake by 5.30, we have a very impatient cat!

MY WORK WARDROBE CONSISTS OF… Could be jeans and a shirt or a vintage skirt and tee. Always trainers through. I love wearing colour and big earrings.

MY JOB ENTAILS… Running my studio, and everything that goes with that. There are a lot of hats to wear!

I GOT HERE BY… Being taught great foundations. Hard work, consistency and self-belief.

MY FAVOURITE WORK TOOL IS… My Leaf scissors and Cloud Nine dryer and diffuser. I have lots of natural curly clients.

MY DAILY FUEL IS… Tea. I love coffee but can only have one a day.

MY SPOTIFY PLAYLIST INCLUDES… A real mix. Jessie Ware, Zero 7, Kae Tempest, Brandi Carlisle, Billie No Mates, Chris Stapleton, Goldfrapp, Northern Soul, Kylie...

I’M ALWAYS PLANNING… I'm getting better at planning but there's room to improve. I love a vision board.

WHEN I GET STRESSED... I speak to someone. I have people who are amazing sounding boards. Say whatever it is out loud; it's never as bad as you think.

WHEN I GET STUCK I… Try to slow down and reflect. Often it’s because I'm trying to do too much.

THE HABIT I NEED TO BREAK IS… Procrastinating. Sometimes you just need to get on with it!

THE MISTAKE I LEARNED THE MOST FROM… I'm not good at saying no, which can lead to me being overwhelmed. I've put a lot of work into setting boundaries.

THE ADVICE I’M GLAD I IGNORED… How risky it would be to go freelance. It's opened my world in a way I could never have imagined. I'm proud to be part of the Creative HEAD Activator scheme, Anne Veck and Keith Mellen have been amazing mentors. I’ve learnt to trust my gut, take some risks and believe in myself.

MY INBOX LOOKS LIKE… It induces anxiety!

MY BIGGEST INDULGENCE IS… Getting my nails done and a massage.

AFTER WORK… I like to cook and chill at home – when I don't finish too late.

I DECOMPRESS BY… Swimming, going for a beer, getting outside and being creative. I also love a sound bath.
